"We have been working with Brenda to teach my daughter phonics. We are very impressed by three things from Brenda: 1) She is an expert in phonics. She knows how kids learn and she teaches my daughter very efficiently. When I teach my daughter myself, she didn't like to learn but with Brenda she looks forward to the lecture every time. 2) My daughter is five, therefore an online session can be challenging. Brenda went out of her way to: first understand our specific needs and my daughter's learning characteristics and communicated a curriculum that we feel comfortable moving and followed up with getting feedback from us about whether we like the progress. 3) When we initially contacted Brenda we mentioned this was to prepare for an upcoming test and this would be short term.
